At Goodwill Industries of Northern New England we are pleased to be able to provide a wide range of training and skill development courses for members of our staff, other providers of services, service recipients and the public.


New courses are created on an ongoing basis and existing courses are revised and upgraded in response to the changing needs of the people that we serve.

At Goodwill we believe that the quality of services that we provide is in the hands of each individual employee. Thus, supporting each member of each staff team in his or her efforts to improve skills and knowledge is the only way we can fulfill our mission. Goodwill values it employees and provides training programs to enhance job skills and support professional development. Division specific training programs and required courses are outlined in the course descriptions.
